The added benefit to Text Compactor that SummarizeThis does not do, it allows students to set the percentage of text to keep in a summary. Students copy & paste text into the box, slide the slider, & read the summarized text. With the ability for students to select the percentage, there is a good chance for students to reread the passage multiple times seeing what the passage looks like at 30%, 50%, 70%, etc...
